Dont.ıt varies from coubtry to country, person to person in speaking test that you are talking. I speak 8-8.5 band score and my everything was perfect, actually even better than listenee, i got 6.5 :)

Today i had a mock exam, my result is 6,5 in speaking part so that's why I'm here watching this candidate's speech, we have kinda same minuses like pauses, some errors but that might be because of nervousness, her ideas are good i like it

Why did the examiner took back the cue card at 5:45 before she started talking? I think in the original IELTS exam you can still see your cue card while speaking. And you give your cue card to the examiner at the end of part 2. Isn't that correct?

It depends on an examiner, actually, sometimes you have your card until finishing second part, but sometimes not. It is totally okay

During the exam, the examiner gives you a cue card, a pencil, and a piece of paper for you to take notes. After a minute of preparation, the examiner will get the cue card back (however, some examiners just let their examinees hold the cue card while answering.)

Thanks, this is the most realistic mock test I've seen, so just used it in my class. However, there are some unrealistic parts, especially taking the Speaking Part Two task back before the candidate starts speaking (it is always taken back when they have finished speaking, which is why taking notes is optional), and the examiner's reactions being too positive (they mostly just say "OK" and "Thank you", to stop the candidate getting feedback on how well or not they are doing, never "Very good" etc).

I got 113 in toefl (27/30 speaking section) but a 6.5 band in IELTS speaking though I showed great fluency and lexical resource during the exam, the only drawback was that some of my answers were short hence I feel the examiner's assessment of you can sometimes be totally flawed.

Please keep in mind that the speaking test isn't all about your fluency, there are three others, too. So, if you have problem with fluency, make sure you have a good grammatical structure, lexical recourses and pronunciation.

Please remember, in general, there are two types of hesitations: Language-related and content-related. You don't lose points because of the first, but you do lose points because of the second. You can find so many people who have hesitations even in their own language: That's content related.
