This happens because of the lack of information about the topic... The only way to avoid this is to know what are you going to say for the question asked.... It might be a simple explanation in simple sentence with fluency...

I took the test before. In part3, the examiner asked me a high school student all about business issues, job interviews and competition with some companies, which drove me crazy.😱But I am much fluent than the lady in the video, and I got the same score.😭
