Problem with Nepali examiner is they always afraid to Give Good mark's even if student use to Give Good performance.

Well I don't think an examiner would be asking any questions about particular country like India or something else, definitely this is no where a band 7 in real test, she woul d be getting 6.5 for sure. That said 7 shouldn't be the band to be given for such conversation skills
