the phrasal verb "pan out" and verb "pan" (criticize a work) are informal according to cambridge dict so I'll only use them in my speaking session.

Hi everyone. Thanks Adam for your great a teaching course.I don't have enough vocabulary that I'm feeling lately, since I've got time to study English as professionally.I'm not pro for english but spending time ,focusing on grammar. Each of Adam's lesson complicated and very specific, explains the tips of English structure but if we might understand that any of his course well, which is sign of advance level already in or if we not, must review again, again.I admit that academic writing is quite challenging, needs improve my grammar knowledge and vocabulary, which is hardship, complicate because I must build the sentences based on exact grammar rule.I'm sure it takes time to get there but I'm not sure how long.

I have quite a good vocab, but in the exam they seem to vanish and my mind had gone blank for a while. I think the point that counts is good preparation in terms of psychology when you are under pressure of doing something not easy within narrowly limited time.

Adam, don't get me wrong. I understand that it's advantageous to use other definitions of a commonly used word in an essay exam, but to use "pan out"? I mean it's a phrasal verb and I believe phrasal verbs are considered informal. In other words, isn't it frowned upon to use phrasal verbs in essays?

I am a bit confused regarding 'pubic visibility' from the sentence ''Buckingham Palace was clear in its messaging that despite her reduced pubic visibility the Queen had no intention of abdicating any time soon". Could you please tell me what you mean by pubic visibility or there is just a typo and there is about public visibility? Thank you for the lesson! There are useful explanations.
