Ok I'll be very honest with you. IELTS is definitely not an easy test but!!!! If you improve your basic English knowledge and also learn some useful vocabularies(English words that can be used in daily conversation and writing) then yes. You will get your desired score in your IELTS. Please, first find out your level that means: you can give a self mock test of ielts and find out your position but first learn the rules of IELTS questions or maybe it's too long process so I'll give you a quick exercise: if you can't even write a paragraph about yourself with correct English then you should definitely take English classes first and then IELTS ok😊 Remember, you'll get your desired score slowly but surely 🤗

I think you can write in your question paper or at the last page but in the front hai. You can ask the invigilators there during your test day.
