Thanks for asking, The q says the advantages outweigh the disadvantages It means both adv and disadvantages.. you need to write But outweigh means There is no balance between adv and disadvnn. Write three advantages and two disadvantages

Thanks for clarifying your doubts, Please read the question statement again,both adv and disadvantages are being asked. Outweigh means some adv are more than disadvantages Or disadvantages are more than advantages. This is not one sided essay

No ,carry on with your computer based exam. It's good - now try to do.more practice for IELTS four modules every day in a same environment. And work hard for writing task
