I’m kind of worried about Faze (Karrigan’s ig post, last few lines). So I went with VP duo (Jame, Norbert) and Liquid duo (NAF, Yeki) + Melon from Lynn Vision. Looks pretty solid to me tbh. Good luck on your fantasy and fight with Pitu, Lucy!

Top 10% finish in major playoffs! Navi paid off :) For Chengdu I got Siuhy, Jimpphat, HooXi, Jame, n0rb3r7. Very basic draft for me other than taking Jimpphat over the cheaper Mouz boys. I want to draft Heroic players but they're starting at the toughest part of the bracket so I'm playing it safe this time.

it's a nice 2/2/1 split, my only worry is having both hooxi and siuhy, when they are so many affordable fraggers. that said, with mouz's run siuhy is well positioned to hit some big numbers, so it's probably okay! i weighed up between jame / fame but felt fame's more active role had higher potential point payoff

I agree! I bet most people would take Hunter & Xertion over Jimpphat & HooXi, but my team's gotta stand out at least a bit of the mass. Plus I'm hoping Jimi gets extra motivation boost out of Aleksib's major victory haha. Also thanks for the support role explanation! I've always been perplexed of it.

I finished top 2%. I didn't believe in Spirit being able to handle the pressure, and we all know how damn good Faze are when the chips are down... So I picked a Zywoo draft. 😂😂😂 Overall in this season, I'm around top 220. I can even get into the top 100 if I keep this up, let's goooo! And this is my first season! For this event, I'm going with (EDITED): Hooxi - Eco fragger Rain - headshot Broky - multikill Siuhy - leader Torzsi - awp

yea im pretty sure if you bet against spirit and didnt go hard into mouz or c9 then its auto top 10%

@@quincylinder9738 In my mind, I didn't bet against Spirit. I bet on Faze analyzing the hell out of the yelling chipmunk and their insane power up in big games. Also didn't hurt that I picked the MVP, hahaha.

2%, jealous! getting through the major events with anything above top 20% felt necessary for a good season. fantastic result for your first season! solid draft. i'd consider downgrading broky to ropz and then upgrading hooxi to someone like mir, depending on whether you think that trade-off is worth it. hooxi has been a good pick this year, but i feel at some point that will change!

this might just be better than mine ngl! though i guess the scary part for you is C9 and VP play each other. but who knows how this will actually play out with the lower brackets etc.!

hey its me rank #339 player globally here! getting 0 points from the major playoffs was painful but ill bounce back. Im going a 2/1/1/1 draft too but going siuhy/xertion/ax1le/hunter/rain. I feel like xertion has a good chance of just farming tyloo and potentially furia too. Ax1le is just in great form and as you said for 205k a great choice. hunter and rain can both have a great game and both should make it to the upper finals and hopefully get me some good padding points. good luck to all the funny fantasy gamers :3

jame was built for the camper role! and i think that is torszi's best role usually (there is some risk it won't trigger against weaker teams like Tyloo if they just stomp them though)

I didnt go navi but considering i picked DONK I will absolutely take 31%. I literally went donk triple igl and aleksi and karrigan carried this one. Barely made any points but clearly almost nobody did

Even with Hooxi being the only one left after the quarter finals where I lost both Spirit and EF I still got top 50% lmfao. I'm just gonna gamble on 5 different teams this time, I went with Ax1le, torzsi, NAF and n0rb3r7 and to afford them arT. I think Furia will be eliminated pretty fast but with how egotistical he has been buying even during ecos and making teammates drop for him I think he will still do better than Hooxi or Karrigan etc.

okay that's actually really funny, shows how much mouz cost people! NAF is a baller pick, i respect that. i honestly don't hate furia at this event, i can see them beating mouz on a good day - the difficulty is the lower bracket is hard for Group A. so both liquid and furia could be costly. might be okay if the individuals perform tho!

I feel like mir-norbert-torzsi-ax1le-sjuush is a bit better. Rain and yekindar haven't been performing whereas ax1le and sjuush have been playing great. Might swap for brollan kyxsan.

sure, though i will say that spirit were very favoured in that match-up (and should have closed the vertigo comeback) after katowice, where they proved they too can play an arena. can't predict everything perfectly, but fantasy is about making informed decisions as best we can :)

I know you messd up the roles but it just goes to show how undeserving this team fragging wise was to win this event. JL getting 60 points and hes the MVP of the MAJOR? Navi lost more rounds in the major than they won. They won while literally being negetive and with an IM putting up .98 ratings on average. Really im pissed at G2 and specifically Taz for not adapting the veto or game plan at all and losing to Navi SEVEN straight times. SEVEN. Just unacceptable. Find a solution or kick hooxi and taz

part of my reasoning behind navi was the easy run they had to finals. while g2 did mess up against them, g2 also shouldn't have even been in the playoffs. NiKo was the second lowest rated player on the team before playoffs. consistency is a massive issue for this team - except for m0nesy of course. i'm also not sold on the veto argument. before that match navi had lost 5 of their last 7 games on ancient, including 3 in a row at the major. whereas they had already beaten g2 on inferno earlier in the year and as we saw vs faze, are very competent on the map. would it have been a different outcome? maybe, but i doubt it. the bigger issue was losing their map pick of anubis.

@@lucycasts Yea agreed. I just feel like G2 shoulda found a path to victory after losing to them 6 times in a row. This woulda been a bad major for niko to win as much as i want that result. It would have been despite him not because of him. But i do feel navi got handed the absolute perfect run only having to play eternal fire and g2 who they always beat while avoiding any top 5 teams until the finals, where NAVI actually were really impressive individually for the first time in a while. Side note i think they should part ways with IM regardless of the result. Unless they fel he contributes to the team chemestry as a whole enough

torzsi/ropz/rain/HooXi/huNter I hope, that huNter and all team G2 will have good sleep in front of matches. Because i wasn´t pick players from G2 last fantasy and it was huge mistake. When they ended up better than MOUZ.

they definitely have a good run in their bracket, even if i'm not entirely convinced on them. hunter is great value!
