Being late to a date is another red flag. I had a woman who was 45 minutes late to our first date. She apologized, seemingly sincerely, and I enjoyed lots of good appetizers while waiting, so it wasn't a big deal to me. We've all been late, I'm reasonably forgiving if a person apologizes. But then she was half an hour late to our second date. Sorry but that's my limit. I didn't bother with a 3rd date. She showed a pattern of behavior. These are in fact the exact same women who then turn up on TikTok crying about men ghosting them and making "where are all the good men" videos. Besides - your "men ignore women actually interested in you" argument - did it ever cross your mind that men might not be interested in a specific women? We don't have to be interested in every woman just because she wants that. story time. I tried to court a woman years ago, she had a kid btw. I'm not bad looking, got my own place, work hard. she went for the bad boy, which obviously is rarely the right choice. I really liked her a lot. fast forward 5 years, I'm working on my new car so I order parts. in our shop everyone knows to just walk in, it's a cool place with cool people. guess who was delivering the parts? I've rarely seen that look on a womans face. she learned a really hard lesson that day. she knew instantly, her decision back then had long term implications, and she could have had an exponentially better life with me. but like many women, they think with their p***** instead of their brain. so instead of making small talk or acting like a simp, I took my parts, politely said thank you and walked away like she was a stranger, exactly like she did to me after I so graciously allowed her in my home when she had nowhere to go. ladies, your karma implications in life are going to be seriously harsh if you make sh*t decisions. her life was shit after she turned me down, drugs, homelessness, drama. she could have had a great life to raise her son and maybe our kids, but nope, gotta give up all that so she can get f***** by some dirty drug addict. life's a beach.

I was more lenient with my last ex since she was a single mother who worked a lot of OT (same workplace, different department). We'd make plans 2 weeks prior, secured a babysitter, set a time (because girls take 3 hours to get ready 🙄), everything you could think of for preparations. She ends up canceling the day of because she didn't want to get up. It didn't bother me the first time because we just had a 14hr shift before the weekend, so I tried to make more plans afterwards, but the same thing kept happening. I didn't take it personally because we both have busy lives, but when you keep seeing red flags pop up, take the hint. Within 2 months, after the 3rd time, even while i was still in love with her, I canceled her relationship subscription because she couldn't afford the payment. Gotta have enough self-respect to walk away, especially from someone you know is toxic; It's better to take a small L now and keep it pushin than finding out the hard way.

I've had "I don't feel like it today" and "I'm tired" excuses before. In both cases I informed them "I'm going with someone else then" and then stopped communicating and just took my friend that happens to be a very attractive woman that lives nearby me and is generally available for last minute plans. On one of these occasions my original date turned up and acted all apologetic asking me to join her on another table. Me and my friend were having a nice time and I don't give 2nd chances so I said no and told her to leave. She didn't and her tone changed to being aggressive towards my friend who she accused of stealing me. My friend stood her ground and informed her I was a good man and she was stupid for wasting my time. After a while she gave up and left and I never heard from her again but the aggressive behaviour in the middle of a restaurant clearly showed that 2nd chances for time wasters are not a good idea. Most of the time they're just using you for free food/entertainment on dates or they treat dating like a game so are chatting with many men at the same time instead of actually getting to know people.
