Well currently the characters don't know that. All they know is that Jinx pulled the pin and was never seen after that. It's also possible to believe her body evaporated instantly because of how close she was to the bomb. There's overwhelming evidence to believe Viktor murdered her. The only way his charge can be downgraded to attempted murder is if Jinx reveals her life status.

The reason why she is taking over piltover is because she is noxian. And noxians are power hungry. The black rose mage (lablanc) the crows (swain) and darius (not introduced yet) are the 3 major forces in noxus combating for power. Embassa is actually pretty nice for a noxian. Most noxians would have attack waaaaay earlier. Also standing down at the peace cult because singed asked is also really really really tame for a noxian. Noxians are war based only.

Wow, after seeing this video, the language and voice acting make a big difference in how we experience the show. I wish we could understand all languages so we could watch anything in any different language, compare the voices, and see how they make a character seem less or more cool, emphasizing their impact on the story. Some voices are still awesome in the English version, but some just feel very off considering the character's look and history. After watching the show in my native language, Polish, I have to admit the original English version is good, but the way a different language and good voice actor choices can emphasize things and emotions experienced by characters is mind-blowing. But the same can be true of any other language; some shows dubbed into Polish are poor, but the voice actors utilized for the Polish version of Arcane perfectly highlight the show it's characters and Arcanes poetic and very beautiful show of how humans can be influenced by power and past experiences changing us into a different version of ourselves we either wish didn't existed or we go with it and embrace it . Polish is a complex language, giving it even more emotional impact. It's kind of linked to the history of Poland, but I guess it all depends on individual, nitpicky factors and preferences either way the show is still awesome no matter the language and everyone should at least see it once in their lifetime

Invictor's case if you watched a little beforehand on one of his death sentence charges you would realize that all the people that he took over / healed were already dead due to the fact that Jace killed them because he full well knew that the Victor was technically their power source so by blowing a hole in Victor's chest all of those Souls ascended and their body stayed therefore technically meaning that they were all completely dead due to the fact that there is no higher brain function other than Victors of course so any charges after that scene would have to be around tampering with evidence or messing with dead bodies and the part during the war with ambesa and piltover that cannot be considered Mass enslavement it would be considered mass murder because in the back in time scene an episode before you would realize that all of the robots that he created in the start are the same withered robots that are in all of the scenes in that part of the episode this is when Jace interacts with the wild rune and get sent back to a time where victor won so everything after the part when jace killed Victor and all of his followers died too is Chase's fault because he knew what he was doing everything is technically his fault he decided to create hextech knowing how bad it could be but he also decided to kill Victor knowing that he would turn evil, victor only turns evil after Jase kills him because it leads him to think that human Free Will can cause such atrocities I think but yeah a majority of Victors crimes are related to Jace not him free Victor and execute Jace
