Bro I have a doubt can you please clarify, in my compny we are calculating over time, if anybody doing overtime between night 2200 hrs to 0400hrs it will be calculate as premium, remaining time will be calculate as regular. Suppose if one employee working in Day shift, His work time is 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs, he is coming early over time 4 hrs (0300 hrs) then he will get 1 hour premium and 3 hour regular how to calculate this using if formulat can you please help
