I went yesterday and used some coupons. A lot of them didn’t even come off of my total. The cashier told me that’s she can’t even see on her end what takes off of what . It’s incredibly aggravating, which is why I’ve stopped doing a lot of their deals .

I always have issues with my coupons at dollar general. They don’t come off right and when I asked the cashier he said I couldn’t get both and one knocked the other out. 😢

I'm trying to figure out why the prices are lower on the family Dollar app than they are in store. I am looking up the store I shop and online it says arm & Hammer is $10 but it rang up $11 in store. It says Dawn power wash is $5 but ring up $5.45 in store.

I clipped a $3 Gain coupon earlier this week at DG. Bought that & a couple other items. Got to the cash register. Entered my phone number. Total on my app didn't match the register total. Cashier said the $3 coupon didn't come off & I showed her my coupon & that I purchased the exact product pictured. She shrugged her shoulders and so I had them delete my Gain off my list. So I think they're losing profit as a company & I bet they do away with the digital coupons.

They are losing profits when that happens just imagine how many customers this happens to and even though the cashier see you have the coupon (s) clipped and want take it off manually so therefore you put item (s) back.

I went to DG today, bought some Tide, Gain and Persil. The only coupon that applied was for the Persil and very little of my $5/25 applied. I have no idea why!
