a cool thing a pokemon could have been based on is the stromatolites which are mounds of Cyanobacteria that predate to the Precambrian and there still around today! And one location they could be found in is Australia! I actually designed a pokemon (3 stage) for the stromatolite.

so much love was put into this project and you can see it from how much australian culture the artist poured into the designs. Obviously this is partially because they are an australian but i love how they didn’t rely on stereotypes and actually included a mix of Aussie history, nodders jokes and pop culture alongside traditional indigenous elements in the names and backgrounds of some of the pokémon. just the amount of love and effort put into this is so visible and i adore the designs

It's a mixed bag overall, but there are so many *fantastic* designs here. I love the early route bird line despite how "out there" they are. Those two would probably be in my top 50 favorite Pokemon if they were official. Some other standouts to me are Dropbare, the Git line, the Gomp line, Ashicket, Artilemu, Falsridus, Jawcicle, Exacore, Dinomite, Termound, Anglow, Specterror, Buzzler, and the Allignetic line.

Choosing Venolistic because, the design look amazing. The problem is Bondiver should've be water/normal type. Here are some my Pokémon Team: 1.Venolistic(Fire/Poison) 2.Enternance(Grass/Ghost) 3.Crocarnage(Dragon/Fighting) 4.Kuyoru(Electric/Fairy) 5.Predaton 6.Draconeon One question: Why Ibin evolved into Huntsmare becoming spider instead of bird it's kind of gave Octillery wrong evolution make no sense look like a normal/ bug?

I just got finished watching the shorts series… this is so good 👏👏👏 I really liked the Sydney opera house one, along with morteam, tangreed, coray, the dino (steel?) ones, specterror and buzzler. They were definitely my favorites, but they all looked really cool! Also I think the mimikyu was based off of hallow knight, which I thought was cool!

The reason why Meowth and Persian have those creepy lookings is to imply and criticise how stupid the Australian government has been in terms of dealing the cat crisis on this land, which they themselves caused. It started from them bringing cats from Europe to here, failed to manage their over-population and now millions of felines are miserably straying on the streets, inevitably hunting in the wild that destroy the natural food chain, and living in endless nightmares as the government are ironically and ridiculously aiming to kill them in the width of a war.
