I always feel so bad seeing what Black Pearl had to go through. She suffered the loss of a dear friend, was betrayed by Lord Oyster who she deeply trusted, and the war added more stress for her. Overall, this was an amazing video and it actually looks like something Devsis would make.

Agree, this could show that bp can still be reedemed. But for that she needs to tie up all the loose ends that still chain her up to that traumatic night: -Reunite with her best friend and realize she's still alive -Reunite with her sisters and be treated as an equal just as she always wanted -Get an apology from elder oyster and let her know that lord oyster never wanted to break his promise, and lived the rest of his life in regret of what he has done, trying to fix his mistakes. Only then can she truly move on

Even when Black Pearl's aware that she'll never reunite with the rest of the gem mermaids, her conscious refuses to let go, that's the most heartbreaking part. Just like with Lord Oyster's ship still in good condition, Black Pearl cookie still cares too much for her own good.
