DayDate esque. They have sunburst parchment dial and gold hand set spot on. It's a nice looking watch and appears far more expensive. It's a shame about the plated case. However Casio are on to something here design wise. If they introduced an intermediate and higher end at £60 and £120 with stainless case and sapphire on the high end. All quartz to keep prices lower. Could really see these taking off big time.

​@@edwardfletcher7790 Edward - either you're really banging the Casio watch hard or your body chemistry is (maybe just a guess) more acid than alkaline & the watch surface is reacting negatively. Body chemistry (PH in or out of balance ) IS a thing - ! A local road bike rider was always coming in for corroded shift cables - he had an "exposed cable above top tube bike" every year - extremely odd situation - he'd sweat profusely & it would drip on the cables - "stainless braided steel", mind you - and it'd compromise / corrode then they'd be bad in a year or so ! He eventually figured it out with help from his Dr & fixed his acid body ph & no more cable rot !

Pretty sure the Casio page states its Ion plated...definitely doesn't have the feel of stainless steel either

Im also pretty sure it says "stainless steel back" on the caseback. That essentially means that only the caseback is steel, the rest of the case is not.

Love this watch not quite my type of casio and the reason for that being is that their are plenty watches with this style that I dare say are better being that I just believe this isnt casios bread and butter when it comes to this watch style being the concern!! I own 26 casios and I def wouldn't even consider this but I do love looking at it

Please be more careful with the model numbers, there are about 20 watches with the MTP-1370 prefix, this is the MTP-1370-9AV Is it ion plated brass, or Chinesium ? Your bright white intro screen and guitar riff are VERY unpleasant for late night viewing.
