I feel like roulx shouldn't be charged for the first assault with a deadly weapon because technically speaking the fun gang has broken into the castle and escaped their cells making ot justified spamton could easily plead insanity for most of his crimes Also i think obtaining the neo body wich is incredibly powerful would fall under grand larceny and using a powerful war machine could count has assault with a deadly weapon
