In my opinion, the best arc in Dragon Ball Z is the Cell arc. Toriyama was clearly inspired by many science fiction films, and this is reflected in his work. Current themes such as cyborgs, transhumanism, artificial intelligence, DNA manipulation, time travel, and multiple universes are all present. I wanted to explore these themes by creating my own characters using AI, despite the challenges that this may have posed. And for those who wonder why Yamcha is considered a hunk, let's remember that Bulma was head over heels for him.

Other than 17 looking a bit too old (and Piccolo looking more like his shriveled old man than himself lol) these came out great. I particularly like the creepy doll look of Chaozu and the angsty teen aura of Future Trunks. Dope stuff.

Call me a stickler, but, by definition it can't be live action, if it's CGI made. Lol. Even it's an Ai making it. It would just be hyper realistic 3D animation. To be be a live action, it requires the real world or the people that occupy it to be filmed to some capacity and in production, be edited into a final shot. Then again, what do I know...I'm just a 2D/3D animator with years of experiences (not bragging, just noteing I'm a long time practitioner of the craft).

@@HBProductions. Based on the way AI works I'm not so sure you could consider that 3D animation. While I also don't know a tonabout how AI works, I do know that it generates the content by being trained on data and building neural networks. However it's already possible for AI to generate 3D models, so It could also be possible for AI to generated animated 3D models and then soon like everything else too. So in that context I guess it wouldn't be live action, but in the context I intended, the AI brain is creating/imagining realistic people based on fictional characters such as ones in Dragon Ball. So it would be similar to live action but with fictional people or ones convincing enough to replace their real life actor counter-parts.

I'm sure Ai being able to make 3D models and animate is possible. The point of it being done by people is that it can move your emotions Cuz we all know how those works. More importantly, the characters need to be casted by the right actors and written correctly for this production. This is such an iconic story that It absolutely has to satisfy the older fans and not just cater to the WOKE generation Z kids. This manga and anime series has entertained multiple generations. This story deserves a live retelling and this is a pretty good start. I just don’t like trunks being seen as a pretty boy K-pop singer. lol. That’s my only complaint.

1st of all Thumbs up, half way through. Your concept art is amazing. With however many seasons of DBZ they have you could have a job you can retire and send your grandkids to college off the money you'd earn. It would be worth the project.
