Off Topic, but I'm sort of disappointed about how Mascot Mayhem turned out. Here are a few preposals of how I think the level can be improved in my opinion. Cameras - A few more should be added to Zone 3, instead of just one set of rooms. - Tripwires should be more prevalent, specifically in Zone 3. They act similar to the ones in the beginning, but they will kill Doug on contact. - Cameras can reawaken stunned enemies (I like assuming this to be a Hard Mode feature). Lucky the Rabbit - Nothing too bad about his Speed Boost, but I'd recommend making its effects either faster or last longer. - Alternatively, Lucky can have the ability to jump near Doug's location if he happens to see him. However, he cannot jump if Doug isn't in his line of sight, or at least if there's no obstructions in the way. Penny the Chicken - She should have a transition animation for whenever she flies into the sky, and she will instantly chase Doug once she lands. That being said, she can't fly if she's either stunned or Doug is using Vanish. If she's already doing her animation during the latter part, she will drop down to her original spot. - Not much really wrong with either the egg throw ability or her low gliding. - In Zone 3, Penny retains her dropdown ability, but she can only do this under various overhead vents instead. Hangry the Pig - When breaking walls, Hangry can't do this if he's within Doug's line of sight, chasing or otherwise. - More breakable walls should be added in Zone 3. - If he's tired, he cannot break walls until he regains his footing. - Hangry might have a secondary ability to sniff out Doug if he is closeby, instantly alerting him. This gives him a 15-25% chance of detecting Doug even when he's invisible. Again, this can be a Hard Mode ability. Telekinesis - I feel like this power should have a small drawback considering how game-breaking it is. The obvious solution would either be a much longer cooldown, or a smaller radius. - Alternatively, it could also have the ability to alert enemies to Doug's location if they happen to be within range of the power.

difficulty ideas: Friendly, Easy, Medium, Normal, Hard, Very Hard, Deception, Custom. Friendly difficulty: maps are smaller and less soul shards and enemies are slower. + less enemy's Easy: just normal easy difficulty in dark deception. Medium: monsters are bit more faster than easy mode and maps are bigger. and more soul shards. and there is a normal amount of enemy's. Normal: what did you expect? its just normal mode in dark deception. Hard: Maps are bigger than normal and more soul shards and 1 more extra enemy added to each level. monsters are faster than your normal running speed also. Very Hard: Maps are very big and much more soul shards and 2 extra enemy's added to each level. monsters are even more faster than your normal running speed could be faster than your speed boost. Deception: Maps are SUPER BIG and there are 3 more enemy's added and more shards. and monsters are very much faster than speedboost/running Custom: You get to choose map size from each difficulty and how many enemies you wanna put in the level and the location they spawn in. and you can add in more soul shards up to 5k. and enemy speeds also!

I wish vince didn’t appeal this games normal difficulty to youtubers. If its hard switch to easy but the checkpoint system lost any sense of urgency in this game. It’s like if in dark souls the boss health is still damaged when you respawn

If you want a challenge you have to try and get S rank. Which will also be necessary to unlock the games other endings in chapter 5. As for the health system not counting i wish they had like a system to turn it on or off rather than making it pointless. But i agree with vince that if you just want to get through the games story restarting over and over can take away the games fun. Even with easy mode you d still die a lot of times.
