@InspiredDishant the following things are slow/ non punctual in Germany. 1. Beauracy 2. Internet 3. Sban ( German train). 4. Interview process ( it can take upto 4 to 6 months in hiring) by this time you can travel to the moon and come back. 5 buses in Germany. 6 doctor's appointment ( waiting period is more then 1 month). 7. Road repair work and construction take ages to complete for example Brandenburg airport. In stuttgart I have seen the same road under repair for more than 1 year.
