The main reason that Christianity is so appealing is that it removes accountability to the believer for their behavior. If all one has to do is believe in a name to have forgiveness, rather than paying the price for your behavior, most people would take that deal over the pain in consequences.

Respectfully, although the Levities did not inherit "land" in the same sense as the other tribes, they were indeed able to "feed themselves." The Levites were given 48 "cities" to dwell in (6 of them were also to be for "refuge") and all were to include the "suburbs" that surrounded those cities. The suburbs were given to them for "their cattle, their goods, and all their beasts" (Num 35:3,7). Thus, since they owned "cattle & beasts" they obviously had to be able to feed them throughout the various seasons. Therefore, they would have used portions of the suburbs for crops, storage, and "booths" for their animals (example: Gen 33:17). Nowhere in Tanakh is it ever stated that the Children of Israel were to supply the Levites with food for their animals. Their suburb "goods" would have been the things needed to plant, harvest, maintain their animals, and sustain themselves when not performing their duties during the congregational assemblies. The Levites were not to rely on "tithes" to sustain themselves. Tithes were for the maintenance of God’s House, which included the widows, the orphans, the poor, (the fleer), and naturally, those doing service. Edit: keep in mind what kind of "Cities" these were... "Great and goodly cities which they did not build. Cities with houses full of all good things which they did not put there. Cities with wells they did not dig and vineyards and olive trees that they did not plant" (Deut 6:10-11). Remember that it was from such a city and its suburbs that the huge fruits of the Land were carried by the returning spies to the Congregation... fruits of such magnitude they had to be carried on a pole! Also remember that it was a controlled take-over and they were instructed to not destroy the fruit trees (Deut 20:20).... no one was led into a desolate or destroyed "homeland." The seemingly "landless" Levites... who were chosen as an exchange for all (22,273, Num chapter 3) firstborns... were not God's paupers...

You willfully skip the very blatant verse where God himself says the Levites have no inheritance and therefore the tithe is their inheritance. They owned no land, just dwelled in the lands of other isrealites

VERSE BY VERSE: JOHN 14 (NO. 3) HOW JESUS BETRAYED HIS DISCIPLES John 14:2-5 "My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Anyone who reads and understands these verses, alongside the entirety of Jesus' teachings in the New Testament, cannot help but be astonished by the apparent trickery and treachery against his own disciples. In fact, earlier in John 8:58, Jesus already declared his "ancient existence" or deity. If this claim is true, why did he not prepare a place for his disciples beforehand? John 8:58 "Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” Secondly, if the resurrection story is true, why did Jesus not take the disciples "to be with him" as he promised during his ascension? This inconsistency suggests that the resurrection is false and did not happen. Finally, why did Thomas question Jesus' destination if he and the rest of the disciples had truly witnessed miracles such as walking on water, raising Lazarus, feeding thousands, or giving sight to the blind? The euphoria such events would generate would be undeniable if these stories were true and not fabricated. To add to these contradictions, John 20:1-2 and Matthew 28:2 state that the stone sealing Jesus' tomb was removed by angels. If Jesus had truly promised to rise three days later (I am the resurrection and the life, John 11:25?), why would he need angels to remove the stone when, according to John 20:26, he could pass through doors? These nonsensical claims highlight the absurdity and falsity of the Gospel narratives. When Simon Peter and another disciple entered the tomb (John 20:3-10), they saw nothing but the burial cloths used to wrap Jesus' head. Despite being resurrected, Jesus did not appear to them. Instead, he appeared to Mary Magdalene after Peter and the other disciple had left. Why did Jesus not appear to Peter then? Why play hide and seek? Why require angels to roll away the stone when he could supposedly pass through doors (John 20:19-20)? All of the above proves that the resurrection is a manufactured bedtime story. It is laughable that Peter was ignored while Jesus appeared to "flirt" with Mary Magdalene. Moreover, the need for angels to remove the stone when Jesus could walk through doors further undermines the credibility of the resurrection narrative. Of course, the worst lie and act of treachery against his disciples is when Jesus promised, "I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am" (John 14:3). They all died waiting. If his resurrection story were true, why did he not take them with him during his ascension? This is what "syntactical reasoning" is all about-reasoning backward.

It may sound like that to many, but the fact is as God created intelligent human beings gifted with free will, sadly man and some angels choose to go independent from their Creator. The Bible is inspired by God not for religions but for individuals with a righteous heart in seeking the truths of God, as God alone is the One that can give insight and understanding of His Scriptures. Daniel 12:10 please read it.

Yashua was a burnt offering..... Now the LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying, 2“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When anyone of you brings an offering to the LORD, you shall bring your offering of livestock from the herd or the flock. 3‘If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without defect; he shall offer it at the doorway of the tent of meeting, so that he may be accepted before the LORD. 4‘And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, so that it may be accepted for him to make atonement on his behalf. But if his offering is from the flock, either from the sheep or from the goats, as a burnt offering, he shall offer a male without defect.

Burnt offerings are animals. Go read the rules on it. Human sacrifice is hated by g-d. Refer to Deuteronomy 12:30-31.

@CMain2 why did God ask Abraham to sacrifice his only son.. by which he was not Abraham only son, but he was the promised son.. and why does Abraham tell Issac that God would provide the Lamb?? Because he means what he says, He provided the way back. He did it, not us, but God.
@CMain28 сағат бұрын
@Mel-zu6xy first off g-d didn't say sacrifice him. He said to raise him up as a sacrifice. Not the same. Also if g-d wanted human sacrifice don't you think Isaac would have died? Maybe you should read the rest. It literally tells us that g-d was testing Abrahams loyalty and Abraham came from a place where human sacrifice was rampant and he knew t+d hated human sacrifice. He provided an animal not a human. Again, g-d tells us he hates human sacrifice. You and I are not worshipping the same g-d. You are not worshipping the g-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Christ was crucified.... Abel was on His right and Cain was on His left... Abel was the first to go to paradise. Cain the first to be condemned. Paradise is a Spiritual state of the saved soul. The resurrection is the fulfillment of God's Righteousness when the soul is Resurrected and puts on flesh.. That can only happen when Jesus returns to judge the living and the dead...

I understand your point that he's hypocritical. However, his argument is that he follows Torah not because he loves Moses but because he believes it's the eternal law. It is not really dependent on whether he likes Moses' character. After all, he believes that when Moshiach comes, people will accept the Jewish worldview because prophecy has been fulfilled and there is peace, not because people are intellectually or emotionally convinced by the Tanakh.
