You forgot one thing... Vegeta and Nappa talked about the Dragon Balls before being beaten on Earth. Frieza already knows, and would already know about them since they talked about Piccolo before fighting, and Frieza would always want immortality. And it was shown that they know already that Namekians can do this stuff. So Frieza, would instead, possibly come to either Earth or Namek. So essentially, this what if is ruined by that fact. And the thing is, with no Frieza in Cell, he probably wouldn't be the kind of guy to go and kill everyone after taking the androids. Once he absorbs them by "surprise" and gets them, he won't feel the same need to conquer everything like Frieza. So he may as well just become a defender of Earth from otherworldly threats. Frieza is the big reason he wanted to do half of the shit he wanted to do. Dr Gero only programmed him into believing himself to be destined for greatness, and to kill Goku possibly. Though only 16 seemed to be that hell bent on it.

Unless Frieza convinced Kami it's time to fuse, since Nail said "you'd be able to beat him if you fused" and Piccolo isn't one to let him transform. So it might work out assuming that Nail didn't offer that much to Piccolo, and that he was already kind of on the Android's level, at least Android 20, with Kami.

As Freeza learned about dragonballs from a conversation involving Piccolo, he would probably have an expeditionary force sent to Earth and Namek at the same time. Which he'd decide to be a part of, who knows. Likely the Namekian one, since Earth is considered a backwater, out of the way planet. If Earth, they're probably doomed. If Namek, they may get forewarned by Kaio, while the password prevents Freeza from succeeding. They probably still wouldn't be able to prepare successfully, unless a lot of time passes, given Vegeta's trip took a year, and the Namek trip was a long one. Capsule tech may help, but likely not. As long as someone who has been brought back dies in the Vegeta fight though, things go as planned. And THAT is likely.

In Z after learning about the Namek balls he goes there for immortality, so if the Z-Fighters considered the fact that Vegeta may come back except immortal, then they would go to Namek to stop him before learning about Frieza and what not. The same basic story except Tien can probably take on someone like Jeice with a Tri Beam.

I agree, except I think Bulma herself would go back in time to save Goku because she has always believed in Goku. The problem is still without knowledge of Super Saiyan, the training and boosts they received on Namek, and short two Saiyans (Vegeta and Future Trunks) they would end up dying to the Androids or eventually Cell if somehow they miraculously defeated the Androids. So besides that one thing, I see everything panning out as you stated. Nice what-if. I'm glad to see you're back and hopefully everything continues to improve for you here on out.

lol no one is going to read this but I decided to wrote my own "what if" for this scenario before watching the video for an unbiased opinion and it's a little different so have fun reading: Trigger event: there are two possible ways I can see this going. A: King Kai realizes he can use the Instant Transmission (even though this is filler I think) and uses it to IT Goku to Earth after being brought back. OR B: King Kai calculates the time it takes to go back through Snake Way and Goku starts running two days earlier. Goku will be very slightly weaker, but this is insignificant. Goku arrives at the battlefield and all Saibamen are easily killed. Goku would likely fight Vegeta but intervene with Nappa if he gets bad against the others, Nappa dies by Vegeta and Vegeta is later defeated. No ZFighter dies. Vegeta doesn’t come back and they do not have a reason to go to planet Namek, while Freeza and Vegeta go there. No one gets to have a wish due to not being able to speak Namekian. The Namekian race goes instinct aside from Piccolo, Vegeta would probably die against Freeza too. The earth is safe until the Androids. Whether Goku gets the heart virus or not, this doesn’t matter because the Androids will kill them all anyway because they are significantly weaker. In the assumption Goku didn’t die (whether because he didn’t get the heart virus OR because of the medicine), Goku might turn Super Saiyan when he sees his friends die, however he is still far too weak to be a threat to the Androids and he would die anyway. If, by SOME miracle, Goku and maybe Gohan, Piccolo or someone else escapes the fight against the Androids, they will very likely go to the Room of Spirit and Time (Rosat). They would all likely train two years, and in the first year Gohan probably learns Super Saiyan too. They would train a second year and end up about as strong as the Cell Arc and they would kill the Androids. Gohan would never learn Super Saiyan 2 if there was no Cell (in the case of no heart virus), nor would Cell ever be a threat if he was there (in the case of medicine: future timeline). If Piccolo died, then that means there are no Dragon Balls anymore. If he didn’t die, then the Dragon Balls would still be there and they would wish everyone back. 7 years later: events play as normal, probably. Gohan meets Videl, gets blackmailed into going into the tournament, Goku would go too, along with Piccolo and Kaioshin. Goten would be born but no Trunks, leading into Goten effortlessly winning the Juniors Division. Gohan would probably still get his energy absorbed, however he does not go Super Saiyan 2, so less energy is absorbed. Goku, Gohan and Piccolo follow Shin who follows Spopovich & Yamu, Goku manages to kill Yakon and Dabura. No Vegeta means no Majin Vegeta, so Majin Buu would never get hatched. Battle of Gods would likely never have happened because the Oracle fish(?) wouldn’t talk of the Super Saiyan God to Beerus (logically), Freeza wouldn’t come back because he never died to begin with, no Universe 6 Saga because of the lack of connection with Beerrus, Future Trunks saga can’t happen(?) and the Tournament of Power will never happen. Either Zeno destroys the 8 universes or he forgets. OUTCOME: Very likely NEGATIVE in the Androids saga, but with a miracle: POSITIVE!

Yeah your not wrong. However as long as Gohan survives like in the HOT timeline Gohan might end up going back in time when Bulma gives him the idea. She knows where Roshi and Popo are, so she could go to them in plane of some kind and tell them to take her to Gohan since they can sense energy. So then she can tell the time travel idea to Gohan and get him to play it safer for a while. If this second Gohan who had the first Bulma and maybe Gohan show up in his timeline originally might be a super saiyan. If he goes in the time chamber for two years he'd definitely be able to kill 17, 18, and 16 with some help from Goku of course.

It would have been Yamcha's kid going back in time lmao. I'd actually like to see how that would play out. I also think the androids would be weaker here though. They're designs are based on research regarding the strongest fighters on Earth, that's not just a cell thing. I also think they'd win the initial fight with nappa and Vegeta regardless. Vegeta was panicked when he thought of the remain 3 fighters joining up with Goku. Add to the fact that Nappa was almost taken out through Piccolo's planning (if Gohan didn't bitch up) and that nappa was almost taken out again by Krillian's destructo disc... I think the 6 on one scenario would end with Nappa losing. Most of the z fighters had techniques that caught nappa off guard. A one handed tri beam got his full attention and he struggled to move under Chiaotzu's telekinesis. It wasn't the wreck fest I remembered as a kid after I watched this fight recently. And after Goku pretty much saved everyone, i think even with the inclusion of piccolo, he'd be able to convince them to let vegeta leave. Goku would probably be on his feet and not laid out and crippled by the end of the fight. And I don't see the other fighters convincing a 100% capable goku of anything.

The Super Famicom DBZ RPG game has already made this theorhetical scenario possible, here's what happened there : Depending on how good you did Goku's training at King Kai's place, you can either arrive very early (Goku arrives before the Z warriors even approach see Nappa and Vegeta, not so early (Goku arrives while the Z warriors battle the Saibamen) or normal. In Goku arrived early, it makes the battle VS the Saibamen and Nappa quite easy, however, the sneak attack that got Piccolo killed still happens. However, it is still possible in the game to make Tenshinhan, Yamcha and Chaotzu to survive the fight, making them possible to bring to Namek. On those scenario, there's really nothing much different from the normal DBZ storyline, just with some extra banter. Also in that game, it's possible to get Chaotzu to swap bodies with Ginyu and then use Ginyu to body swap with either Freeza for the secret boss in that game, SSJ Vegeta.

Another way this could have played out, is that due to Vegeta and Nappa being Frieza soldiers, Frieza would still send henchmen to Earth to discover what happened, this would result in Goku and the rest of the Z-fighters realizing more threats will arrive. This would cause them all to train likely in the same way that they trained while they were dead on King Kai’s. The Ginyu Force would then arrive and probably lose, but the fight would take a toll on the Z-Fighters. Frieza would then arrive, and eventually cause Piccolo to fuse with Kami, and Goku to turn Super Saiyan for the first time. The biggest change however would be would be the Android Saga, as it would have happened slightly later due to the constant invasions, but the androids would be much stronger due to more data being collected on the Ginyu Force and Super Saiyan, and then Cell would have the cells and powers of the Ginyu force on top of the ones from the original story. It is likely the Androids would reign supreme and overpower Cell due to his power being around the same, but Cell would use the body change technique on one of the androids to survive and kill the other, becoming the new main threat to the story. It would be up to Gohan to use the Time Chamber with Piccolo to stop Cell in his new body. (Note Gohan may also learn the Kaioken in the time training on King Kai’s, and after his fathers death, and arrival of the Androids, he would know SSJ as well and may even combine the two to defeat Cell.)

I agree with the negative outcome however you overlooked the fact that regardless of vegeta's dead or alive outcome the moment freeza learned about the dragon balls he went to retrieve them to wish for immortality. The only thing having piccolo around would give freeza more options such as using namek's dragon balls or earth's. Also Vegeta's death doesn't matter in future trunk's existence to the story because future trunks came from universe 10 so if Vegeta from universe 7 dies that again doesn't really mean much to trunks other than him maybe being a little wary of working with a bunch of people that he learned killed his father in a different universe. Everything else though is pretty on point.
