I think my most memorable moment in GTA online was when I decided to join one of those serious crews, we didn't 'rp' per say, but we allowed other crews to hire us out for security or war purposes. Anyway, we were doing a standard protection job on a car meet, invites sent out, people joining, everything's fine. One guy joined the session, played it cool at first, but unbeknownst to us, he started inviting his own crew in while we were all doing the car meet. We were hopping around from area to area during the meet, and I noticed on the mini map during one stop that a "ring" of these guys were encircling us, but I didn't think much of it as we just had cops on us and some people died. Basically, these guys unload on all of us, war breaks out. It lasts for *4 hours* before they finally leave, but the war was essentially a full on brawl. It started in LS, we had Khanjalis on ground, Oppressors, and Chernobogs in the hills running anti air. Slowly the battle moved north as the enemy crew kept trying to go for lazers at the military base. Over the hills of LS, the war transitioned into a full on air dogfight. B-11's, Hydras, Oppressors, Lazers, Pyros, Avengers, Akulas, Hunters. The car meet at this point ended so it was just us vs hostile crew, 9 v 10. We kept pushing them north till the right became a full on war in the military base itself. A lot of us had hangars there so it was easy, but I tell you what, whenever I think back to those days I actually did that crew stuff, I always remember the sight of having 2 ground teams running across the runways, sniper teams on hangars calling out targets, hostile helicopters, planes, and ground targets raining down on our positions. Then looking up as a hostile B-11 is hunting down one of our Lazers, and seeing an Orbital Cannon come crashing down taking him out over head like he was nothing, then pushing forward and dispatching two more before having the carcass come crashing down.
