I ran for years through my mid 50s. Started back bowling a couple years ago for the competition. 3,200 miles in one year a few years ago. 7 miles this year! Watching while doing my usual 40 minutes on the eliptical.

@@ThomasLarsenBowling Challenges:) wouldn't mind both. Important to portray working hard on the fitness for bowlers too. I think it's important for the aspiring bowlers to have someone to look up to and try to work just as hard both on and off the lanes.

@@surfboardshack3327 Out of the balls I brought yes. My other options were a Phaze 2 (too early) and a Lightning Blackout (a little too weak)
