Kayyyvb Mon-El's wife Emra (also known as saturn girl) has mind controlling and psychic powers and in the comics she messes with the Legion of Superheroes' minds, which includes Mon-el, now known as the superhero Valor. This means that if Mon-El is being mind controlled to be with Emra, Karamel will come back once that is figured out. We all know Karamel will eventually come back as well
