Not bad positions! It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why having guidance is important. This is very crucial for asset allocation. Favorite: BSR - but probably i‘m biased due to the reasonable stake I already own 😅 CZR seems interesting, but not sure enough about turnaround story. And workspace business models seem fragile to me because of in loyal customers…

CZR: So, their target EBITDA is 500 mil? They are paying 2.3 bil./year as interest expances, so in that case they are waaaay under water even in their targets. I would stay away from this one as far as possible. IWG - I have never understand that business model. So BSRTF is the one that makes some sense to me. Well for your sake I hope I'm wrong. But currently with rising 10yr tressuries, there is so many opportunities once more... I have opened position in SAFE on friday AHH got to my "buy" range so I need to reevaluate, AMT is in buy range once more again... Well we will see. BTW, market is now expecting 0-1 cut in 2025, not 2

I bought a number of REITs (NNN, VICI, ARE, O, MDV, EPRT, EPR, and ADC) back in late September after making a quick profit from many of those same REITs early in the summer. Not gonna lie - the losses now are discouraging... Would you recommend taking a loss and selling any of these right now and, if so, which ones? NNN and ARE (my biggest losers) are down 19.3% and 18.9% respectively, but none of them are doing well. Admittedly I am a fairly new investor and I am getting more and more concerned by the day. Any recommendations? I don't mind taking some losses but right now my total loss is over double the gains that I made back in July... 😔

I would hold 'till the effect on FFO and NAV from the sell of Fiber/SmallCell BU will be more clear. If you are Income Oriented be aware that a sell of that BU would mean very probably a significant dividend cut.
