Yeah I find that at least 50%(in my area anyway) of people just want their stuff out to clean up or make space, the other 50% are either resellers clearing out their stuff that doesn’t sell, storage unit buyers that want the quick flip, or they’re just attached to their stuff and ask too much because they don’t really want to sell it lol

If they didn't price the stuff low, they would not make any sales. The chance that someone who will pay full market price will show up at your sale is very, very, small. Big estate sales with valuable items do better because serious buyers with real money line up to buy the stuff.
