Hi Taco. Whether or not you use avatars is certainly up to you. It depends on your viewers’ demographics and what would best attract their attention. Personally, as an older person, it’s not for me. I’ve been watching your vlogs for quite some time. I’d much rather see what you’ve found, or one of those gorgeous sunrises like the one today, or Salsa. But that’s just me. You have to do what’s best for your channel. ☀️❤

Mr. Stacks... I understand that you want to increase your viewership (and I can't blame you for that) but it seems obvious to me that you are one of MANY content makers that KZbin has been pushing to make these new style thumbnails. I am assuming they persuaded you by promising you loads of new viewers by making your thumbnails more 'attractive'. That may well be true in some cases when something different will make you stand out, but the trouble is, when EVERYBODY is doing the same thing you just get lost in the crowd.... I admit to watching far too much KZbin these days and have lots of different subscriptions that I can't possibly keep up with, but your channel is one that I make sure I do. Thing is, recently so many KZbinrs seem to have gone the 'cute AI' route that I actually missed a couple of your videos because they look exactly the same style as all these others! 😮 I didn't want to be negative about it so I didn't want to comment. I was sure that you were happy going your own way.... Now I can see from this latest video how much of a nightmare it is for you. IF you can't get that software to do what you want it to, then stop wasting your precious time. What's the point of stressing yourself out just to look like everybody else's thumbnails? Perhaps it's because I am old school, but I don't think people should rely on this sort of "progress". You were doing fine before Taco, and you don't need the hassle.

Taco, why couldn't you do a live at Renee's house. Just before flea market season, talking about the inventory you both have acquired during the winter months. Percentages of each category of items. For instance, how much cookware, toys, clothes, etc. Also maybe odd things you found in the units. Maybe auction info. How many you attended, types of things you buy at auctions, etc. Renee' could update us on her research work or any other places she acquires her inventory. It would be fun to see you both live. Could you consider it? You both are two of my favorite people to watch!

Have you tried adding quotation marks around what you desire the AI to add? So when you ask to remove the big ears, write it like this. Please remove the "big ears" or "remove the big ears". That way it will know you are addressing the big ears and will not separate them. When home computers first came out, that was how you add to request items so the program would recognize it. Hope that makes sense to you.

In the program have you try inputting the opposite of what you want, because it seems that when you tell it to remove something it adds it on instead. So if avatar has glasses on and you wanted the program to remove glasses, what happens if you say add glasses.

My favorite time with AI is when you are making a logo, they give you a spot to put your company name and then they absolutely totally butcher the spelling of the company name or doesn't even add the name at all. I'll be totally honest, when I do see peoples videos with an AI image as the thumbnail I usually skip the video.

I have watched dumpster divers pull all kinds of great stuff out of some of the "big name" thrift stores. They don't store Christmas and season items in their stores they don't have room because they get lots of donations. Maybe if you have some local places that need the items that have space to store the items. Just a thought.

Watched a YT video about Princess Grace of Monaco (Grace Kelly) and her husband, Prince Ranier, and the image of PR came up repeatedly of Prince, the musician!!!! You should try to get a custom made flatbed truck so you could use it for a dump truck when you do your scrap metal picking, probably customise it to have sidewall panels on and no top so you can bundle in higher with scrap and old stuff

Taco, upload a picture of yourself and ask the program to create a prompt to recreate the individual in the picture. Use this prompt when creating images. Be specific in what you want, like mood = surprised. If your unsure, ask the program for a recommendation on how to create the desired images such as keywords and prompts. Hope this helps

Hi there Taco! I had the same issue with our 2024 Christmas cards, just wanted to make 2 avatars based upon a photo of my boyfriend and I hiking in the snow. We both wear glasses, the program didn't want to accept that at the first +/- 20 attempts. Then I noticed it always put earrings on me.. Not even discrete ones, but over the top blingbling.. I don't even wear them in my daily life, let alone in my hiking gear.. in the snow.. The program kept on generating me with earrings.. till at a certain point it even started giving my boyfriend earrings 😅 Needless to say, I wasn't allowed to use those pictures for Christmas. 🤣 Still, in the end, we managed to get somewhat of a matching card. I can't imagine doing this more than once a year, let alone 6 days a week like you! Stay safe and warm, peace from Belgium (Europe)

I enjoy seeing the new thumbnails 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t see paying for a program unless it’s bringing in more viewers. There should be a way to save the characters so you’re not remaking them each time. I look for your videos every day,so it doesn’t matter what thumbnail you have. I usually have morning coffee ☕️ watching Taco Stacks.
