If I don't have an attorney should I worry if they set my deposition?

@@myworkerscompguide well in 25 years I've seen it happen maybe twice? If an applicant is in proper, there's this invention called a telephone whereby the insurance company can directly communicate with the applicant to ask questions. It's a really amazing invention. But yes tell yourself this happens frequently If it makes you feel better for content purposes.

Hello i have a case of an incident that happened at work. I worked at grave yard shift for the city of berkeley public works. In that shift it is only my co worker and i with no supervisor on shift. My duties at work is pressure washing and cleanig the side walk. It was my turn pressure washinhg and my co worker got in the truck and took off while i was still spraying . Causing me to have 2 knee surgerys and a shoulder sprain. The co worker had recent incidents against other co workers for discrimination and for being agressive and violent and the city of berkeley never did anything to him. Do i have a class action law suite against the city of berkeley?

The general rule in workers' comp is that it is the exclusive remedy for the injured worker. A class action lawsuit would take place in either Superior Court or in Federal court, and I have no experience in that area of law. I'd recommend reaching out to other potential attorneys for that answer.
