People seeking approval often do so because they believe only others can protect them and lack confidence. They think being liked by others means they are safe and won’t be targeted. But when you know you can care for yourself and set boundaries, you stop worrying about what others think. Working on yourself is always the key. 🤔

One thing that really stood out to me in how she's transformed in this is the way she stands. At the start of the video until the 35 minute part she was holding her left arm with her right hand trying to comfort herself, look at her after she was running around and yelling at 35:15 ... She is standing there with full confidence for a moment, the facial expression here also speaks of confidence! Amazing to see, you see this disappear after again though and she is back to holding her arm, at the end of the video she is just standing there with only her hands interlocking. She is already transformed slightly!

Love this! ❤ Thank you, Julian, for putting this out there. I cried when she finally embraced her parts! I’ve realized that much of the content I’m sharing reflects my own journey toward re-embodying all parts of myself (though I’m not there yet😅). It’s funny how we spend the first part of our lives burying aspects of ourselves, only to spend the rest trying to reclaim them - what a waste of time! 😂 The paradox is that when we hide parts of ourselves to fit in, people love the mask, not the real us. True connection comes when we love ourselves first, allowing the repressed parts to be seen. That’s when we attract deeper, authentic love, even if some people reject us. I definitely want to watch Inside Out 2 now! 🙏👍
