I love this video and I watch a lot of other ones but my issue is - they all focus on native English market. I'm trying to get into Polish language voice over and in month I got only 3 auditions in (paid memebrship) voice123 and just 1 (free account) in voices. So... Any tips? :)

This is great for someone that wants to do voiceover full time, but what about someone that just wants to do it as a side hustle and wants to make maybe $1000/month or so. I work a good full time job that I don't want to give up now and would only have 4-5 hours a day to devote to this.
