Cactus you either boil or fry until it changes color and softens, tastes really good diced with tomato and onion, which can go fresh or cooked. If you also add garlic, even better. Of course salt is a must, just in case someone is way too literal about what they read, and maybe pepper. You can put that mix in a tortilla and it's great too. You can also leave the "leaf" whole and when it's nearly done cooking, you add cheese to melt on top, then proceed with the other stuff or just use some sauce you like. Since, as Filian said, it doesn't have a strong taste, the possibilities are endless.

I get such gross out shivers when she eats bugs! The scorpion was going too far for me. I just imagine she's loudly chewing on a handful of Pringles instead.
