You're supposed to jump off the shell at a certain point and you won't active the hidden block. Not sure if running helps or not but that's the only way I got it to work.

Technically, the Draw should have reset the 3 losses in a row count, because a draw isn't a loss. It interrupts the string of 3 consecutive losses so it's not 3 in a row anymore.
