Honestly mate I think you've done so well! going through your Etsy and seeing all the ideas you have, makes me think wow what cracking ideas for products! I'm really new to lasers and wanting to see where it takes me and this video has helped a lot as well as you're other videos keep them up! For me it's just trying to come up with ideas that there aren't a lot of that sell well, i'm sure i can work it out and I'll get there one day! thanks for breaking things down and helping others very much appreciated!

@@HoweWoodWorks thank you, the struggle for products gets a little harder as you go and especially when people start stealing ideas etc, like my pocket hug for example. Millions of them now lol but if you continue to build up products and try to be as creative as possible the customers will come.

@ I wish you the best of luck, it seems so hard at first but you eventually get into a flow state at being a creative and anyone can do it really, it’s just figuring out which direction you want to do.

Great video very informative thank you. I watched a similar video back in November, and with in 48 hours I'd purchased the F1 ultra and everything that comes with it ( never had any experience with lasers or engraving business ) Since then I've be practicing with gifts for friends and growing in confidence with the F1. So much so I've set up and website, Facebook page and almost ready to launch. I already had in mind to lean towards a more custom focused business as the platforms are saturated with the same kind of things, again thanks for the encouraging clips and wish you well.

Thanks for your videos. Been thinking of starting something as a side hustle. Which engraver would you recommend to start with? I’d like something straightforward to set up and use but also something capable and has advanced capabilities should I need them in the future. I’m thinking of doing different materials including metal on like water bottles and the like.

@@johntheman a great starter co2 laser would be the xtool p2s just for the ease of use however if you plan on doing non coated metals you may want to look at the Xtool F1 Ultra this has a 20w diode laser and a 20w IR laser which is great in between for all materials albeit a smaller work area. Hope this helps.

@ hey thanks for the reply, ah ok even if you design it yourself? Also How do you get commercial rights on a specific design.
@tendertreegifts4 күн бұрын
@ well if you design it yourself you own the rights and are free to sell how and wherever you like. Use something like creative Fabrica or creative market they sell files with commercial rights.
