It’s probably because you skipped the cutscenes for Golden Capital but uh you didn’t have any Emeralds there, since Fang dropped them after his fight, you didn’t have any of them for that stage therefore you didn’t have your abilities. It’s an easy thing to miss regardless tho

Bruh! If you had watch the cutscene, Knuckles had all the Chaos Emeralds, then Fang Knocked Knuckles to the ground and too all the emeralds. So that’s why you can’t use your abilities
