You forgot Sonic Battle. If you play his story there is a part where he literally kicked Shadows ass in order to protect Emerl. And in Sonic Unleashed Tails is kinda playable but only in the tornado levels, and besides if it wasn't for him Sonic would never be able to put the world peaces back together in the first place.

In Sonic Colors Tails helped with translating what the Wisps were saying, I think Tails in Colors should be at pretty useful.
