I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Veronica Hoy

I've taken some losses and it is causing me to be hesitant on my entries, scared to pull the trigger and get rattled seeing the plan I had resolve before my eyes without me. FOMOing/forcing into another trade that isn't an A+ setup. Just found your channel but, really like the way you're breaking down the mental space of a trader and how it effects your trades. Great video Ben. The confidence to push the button when the setup appears after a losing streak. That was very tough in my earlier years when I lacked the confidence but as time went on and the screen time accumulated it became much easier. Also over the years I determined the type of days I'm really good at and have high confidence. I also know the type of days I'm not good at and cause me to feel stressed. So I hit it harder on days I like and usually just shut down after a couple hours if its the type of day I don't like.

I notice you only seem to trade the NQ, lately I started looking at the higher time frames on about 10 different assets in the futures market in order to find more opportunities which are based on higher time frames to increase probabilities. So far, it seems to work better this way than to stick to only one single market. How did you settle in only one market alone? On what time frames are your trades based? (not the entry but the overall trade direction/target)

Ben, Thank you for sharing such an informative video. I have been watching your videos for over 2 years now. I am ready for a career change and I know that day trading is what I want to do. However this is foreign territory for me. I don't have a brokerage account or even understand all of the professional jargon that goes along with day trading. What would you suggest that I do, to get stated on my journey on becoming a successful day trader? Again Thanks

No but I think it’s more the kind of music. I’ve been a professional sound mixer for years and I hear things that maybe others don’t. I hear a constant closed hi hat being hit consistently with the drum stick tip and that annoyed me and then that’s all I could hear. And in general I don’t like music behind the spoken word especially for informational or instructional content. It’s fine behind stories and non verbal content but not for this sort of video.
