Many years ago, my grandpa's brother, who was blind, helped us buy some land for a small holding farm int northern NSW, Australia. He pulled up his pant legs and walked around the property "looking" for poison ivy. When he found it in abundance on one farm we looked at he said to buy that one because poison ivy indicated high quality soil. Poison ivy is a good, highly nutritious and apparently tasty treat for the pioneer breeds like pigs.

I think the most attractive thing Ben has done is vacuum behind himself. Chore play men- it’s a real thing. Now.... how can I drop the note to my wonderful Hubbs? Meh reminds me of when my wife was pregnant over 14 years ago. She was, as I say today kidding her, as big as a barn. We were a high risk pregnancy and she was on her rest to about 8 months. She could only get out of bed to go to the bathroom and doctors appointments. While out for doctor's appointment we would go eat the only good she could keep down, Mexican. We are Mexican food about 5 times per week. Meh looks beautiful as an expectant mother. I love babies. We wanted a house full but could only have the 1 child. God blessed us above measure. He is pure joy to watch as he grows into manhood.

You know the two front legs spread apart on that drywall lift so you can hang the top wall sheets with it to, lol. Should be a lever you kick then push it against the wall, the legs spread, and you screw the top of the board, then pull the lift out. Incase u don't have help. The switch is down where the 3 legs are in the back. 😂

Homestead workouts will keep you young forever. If I lived closer, I'd happily appear on your doorstep to help out. I love people who clean as they go, no matter where they're working. In the kitchen cooking, in a room putting up drywall, wherever: clean as you go, and you're not left with a giant mess at the end when you're tired and just want to sit down. It's so funny - I do the same thing to my family when I've been outside working in the sauna-like weather. "Wanna hug?" NOPE.

Please consider hiring a pro to tape, mud and sand the drywall. Not that you can't do it, but like the guy who helped you do the siding, a pro can fly on that and be done in 3 days.

Your headed around the corner towards the home stretch. Uplifting listening to you both laugh, and seeing the smiles. Things i have figured out on home building and remolding is no matter the struggles, or the expense. That gizmo for cutting the holes for the electrical outlets is awesome. Like the drywall lift, those things were not available when I was flipping houses.
