that one black and white measuring cup is a wet on one set and dry measure on the other. It wasnt upside down you push it down for the dry and the other side is for the wet. I have one from pampered chef and I love it!

That new banana republic handbags probably would have been a good buy. Just a nylon tote goes for over $100. That colorful boom box was so cool. I had that lazy beach guy about 50 years ago! Never thought I would see another one! I suppose it could be the same one. I say that because I had a very unique set of wedding rings that I pawned in 1973 in Virginia . Fast forward to to 1989 and I’m in Rockport, Massachusetts in a small antique store. I look down into a glass case and there is my ring. I was in shock. I bought it back.

Hey you two. I don't know if you have a recipe for your deviled eggs yet. I'll share mine(everyone wants me to make them). I just add mayo, mustard and honey(to taste), salt, pepper to egg yolks. Mix. Go lite on ingredients and taste before adding more. You can always add more to it but you can't take it away;). If you need more info, just holler and I'll answer. The measuring cup, is used to solid things like shortening or butter. You set the plunger at the correct measurement, then put you sticky or solid ingredients in the cup and use the plunger to get it out completely. Those are usually made by pampered chef. I like mine.

The measuring cylinder you picked up right after "Wilson" is for things like peanut butter or honey. The inner part fits so snug that it pushes out the sticky stuff with no waste. Flip it over to use for liquid measures. Mine is Pampered Chef. Mine is

Kayla and Matt, Someone else may have commented on this, I didn't look, but at marker 20:20, approximately, the measuring cup that you were looking at is a wet/dry measure. You place the insert in one way to measure dry ingredients and you flip it around and turn it to the other direction, to measure wet ingredients.

The technique used on that green glass vase is called reverse painted. The artist has painted the design inside the clear glass vase. There are some amazing pieces you can find like small orbs which have been reverse painted- a tiny brush used in a tiny opening and the most intricate detailing.

Seeing the hand carved wooden sign brought back fond memories for me. My dad taught wood and metal shop and he carved our names out of wood like that too and we hung it in our rooms. Nothing stops you guys! I am 75 and grew up in Virginia right outside Washington DC. If it snowed two inches the schools closed and if we got a foot of snow the whole government shut down. There just weren’t enough plows to manage snow. Now I live in New Hampshire and even with a foot of snow the schools might close for only one day. They keep the roads clear around the clock here in New England.

Kayla, That " peas in a pod " vase is glass outside and has been painted heavely on the inside by someone to make it appear ceramic, it's really one of those flower vases they use at the flower shop for a floating Rose or for a very small flower arrangement!!
