In reality, Houston has a higher chance of winning at home so the probability would be more like 70% to win game 6 and 60% to win game 7. Since Houston has to win both games and not just one, their probablity is more like 42% to win BOTH games. Since the Warriors only have to win 1 out of 2, their probability is more like 46% to win EITHER game. 46% > 42% so the Warriors will still be favored to win game 7.
