FYI the “outer lip line” is also known as the vermilion border! Some people have pigmented vermillion borders. Others do NOT have well defined vermillion borders, which is why you might appear to have and inner and outer lip line!

A few years ago I found the term hooded eyelid and was ecstatic that I finally knew I wasn't doing tutorials wrong, just had a different eye shape. But double lip line? I started late too. I'm the only girl surrounded by brothers. My mother never taught me anything about makeup. So I turned to KZbin. Everything I know about makeup I learned from watching drag queens do makeup. Their makeup techniques are so good they can transform a man into a woman! I just needed the basics. But they know how to really beat their faces! Try watching simple everyday neutral makeup drag tutorials. In my opinion makeup is an artform & they do it best.

I do the opposite. Instead of using concealer to cover up, I use blush/eyeshadow and blend the edges. Makes my lips look bigger and give that blurred gradient look
