cam was spot on throughout this. we have to suffer from the incompetency from the past, especially with psr being more harsh now. We literally owe 200 million in unpaid transfer fees next year just because of how poor we have been running over time. Then also our game model since ole has been unsustainable especially under ETH where we heavily relied on bruno and rashford to dig us out of games and when the goals dry up for rashford in the next we suffered. i’m just tired of all of it tbh.

The Yoro contract is making Kobbies team question their players value. If Yoro doesn’t get injured and is playing from the jump in a in-form ETH Utd maybe these demands don’t come out of Kobbies camp. But when you see that Yoro isn’t being picked as much(despite returning from injury), Kobbie has put in notable performances and is more relied upon by Amorim then Leny. It makes sense as to why they’d want an improved contract. But 200k is a myth!

As far as I know, Amorim is managing Yoro's game time after his injury. I feel Amorim was doing this for Mainoo at first, but it's clear, due to Eriksen and Casemiro lack of legs, he needs to be picked, if we had another midfielder who could rotate with Mainoo, then it would be better. I think the reason united is moving weird like this with no one being untouchable, is to definitively get the message across to the players Amorim will be backed, and if they don't get on board they can leave. If it's true Mainoos camp is demanding 200k(I think it is bs from the media ngl) then that is insane, he should be in the 100-150k range for sure. Obviously if we next season genuinely compete on all fronts, then 200k can be a discussion. We need to get rid of the underperforming players on the huge wages bar Bruno this season I mean mount and Antony are the 4th and 5th highest owners, eriksen and Shaw both barely play 150k, Lindelöf 120k, those are a few we need to get rid of
