Absolutely, Greenhills is something and I'm comparing it to some similar areas in north Carolina; North Hill in Raleigh and South Park in Charlotte, very beautiful places to shop and eat, and as an investment, it's rock solid, houses in Greenhills are gorgeous, modern and very well built,,👌!

I recently relocated from Pennsylvania to Nashville and was looking for a realtor. I found your videos on here since I am frequently doing research on KZbin and called your cell. No answer so I left a message. Never heard back from you but 2 other realtors called me back and I decided on one of them. After looking at new construction homes for a month, I found one I loved and went under contract last week for it. No idea why you never responded but I am very happy with the realtor I landed as he has been awesome to work with.

Well I hate that I missed out on meeting you and don’t see any missed calls that I haven’t answered on my phone ( I just checked again!). But, I apologize! I’m happy you found a great Realtor and the perfect home for you. My loss; welcome new Nashvillian!

Thank you, this is the most thorough video I’ve come across so far! Thinking about moving but it’s such a big decision and I want as much insight as possible. Was able to narrow down which neighborhoods I’m most interested in 🙏🏻

I am so happy to hear you say that obviously I am not of the younger generation, but I certainly do have children who are so hopefully I understand a little bit more about what you all are looking for. If you have any questions, please never hesitate to reach out.!!

My little brother moved to Lebanon last year. He loves it! I plan on moving out that way sometime in October from Chicago. I’m just nervous about the livability due to everyone migrating out that way, it’s made Tennessee a little expensive as opposed to a few years ago, right?! Apartments I’m finding are $1200 plus. Don’t even get me started with Mt. Juliet.

I’m so glad that your brother likes it and I bet you will as well. Yes, we have had a lot of changes in the last 10 years or so and have gotten quite a bit more expensive throughout the city actually I’d love to hear your thoughts on Mount Juliet.I’m happy to answer any questions you may have and let me know how I might help you place for you to live
