You could've added quotes on that charge where they were like "Hopper's gonna squish the queen to remind them who's boss, then she's dead, they cry, boo-hoo! We go home, end of story!" Because we are now shown Hopper's plan to kill the Queen Ant and gain full complete control over the ants. Even though Hopper did not actually announce these plans in his dictator speech, it seems more likely that he has discussed these plans with some of his other fellow grasshoppers and Dot was also seen in the clip eavesdropping on those 2 grasshoppers, which seems more than enough evidence to give Hopper a conspiracy to commit regicide charge.

In addition to the breaking and entering charge against Hopper, you should also give him a vandalism charge for causing holes in the Ant Hill, which I'd estimate to cost around $500 each to repair and there was probably around 4 windows, so in addition to the 6 years for breaking & entering, you should also add a $2,000 fine for the damage he & the grasshoppers caused.

No way, I would actually give Hopper a 2nd degree murder charge 'cause it seems possible that he might've knocked one of his own grasshoppers dead. But because it was one punch, I would charge him with assault causing death, but regardless of what other charge I'd choose if this was my video, I'm pretty sure that grasshopper was dead.
