A movie about a girl visiting a psychologist for the first time and telling her how she always misses the opportunity to feel joy by doing simple tasks.

This film delves into the delicate and often unspoken moments of our daily lives, where joy seems just out of reach. The story of a girl visiting a psychologist for the first time is one many can relate to - a quiet struggle to understand why the simple things in life feel so unattainable. As a director, I wanted to explore the subtleties of emotional disconnect and how small, seemingly mundane tasks can carry the weight of our inner world.
Through a minimalist approach, both visually and narratively, the film captures the vulnerability of a young woman as she attempts to articulate her feelings for the first time. The psychologist acts as a mirror, gently guiding her to unravel the reasons behind her inability to experience happiness in life’s simplest moments.
This is a story of reflection, self-discovery, and the small victories we can find in understanding ourselves. My goal is for the audience to feel the quiet tension between words and emotions, and to connect with the protagonist's journey of seeking joy in a world that feels just out of reach.
