Great little beginners kit!!!!!! I would definitely be purchasing it if I didn’t already have everything but the two shaker molds included in it… the only thing I would suggest is that since these are mostly molds used to make earrings, that there should be two of them so you can make 2 pieces at the same time instead of making one and then Having to come back and make the same thing again to make a set… other than that, this is a brilliant beginner's kit!!! Of course, if one is using the uv resin to make ear rings, a single mold is ok .. you aren't waiting 12+ hours to make a second batch … you are brilliant Steve! I love your videos… I love your energy and positivity about everything! Great things are in store for you my friend across the pond!!!! 😊😊😊

Steve, do you make beads? Can you give me some tips for making beads, getting bubbles out of the tiny molds. They are impossible to see into!

I spray a small amount of isopropanol aka alcohol that's 99% proof. It needs to be a very fine spray but if you spray a tiny amount in just before you pour your resin it will pop any bubbles that form and the isopropanol Will work its way to the top. It's very important to remember isopropanol is highly flammable so do not use a naked flame after pouring wait at least 15 minutes for it to evaporate. If you have bubbles on the top but that's rare because the isopropanol should pop them to if not use a toothpick to pop them or wait said time to ensure all isopropanol has evaporated then a long nose lighter can be used or a heat gun which are safer all-round 😉👌hope this helps you bubbles that are unwanted are a pain but sometimes they can make a piece look different and unique 😉👌

Hi Steve. Have you tried water and glycerin in your shakers? I make snow domes out of glass jars and it works really well. Might be better than using oil if oil is a problem with resin .

Hi I got your kit and I am trying it out today.I have some molds that are not clear ones and I colored them with chameleon powder. And when it was time to be removed, the bottom of the mold was still wet and then the chameleon powder stayed. I used the UV light the 8 times it said to. So now I am just turning it over to get the Morton side to see if that will make a difference. But with the mold being pink and not clear that bothers me.
