A) it’s hard to predict your literal 0 turn B) low tier has some slow turret rotation C) they overall have less experience. So with all that in mind it’s very safe to bum rush a lonely vehicle mess up your turn and completely stop and have them hit you with a shot, and then you kill them. I do it all the time. It’s so fun. I love the Italian low tier. It’s either fast and completely chaotic, or so slow. And the slightly higher ones above it is just ultra pen, low armor or at least huge weak points.

I feel like 2.0-3.3 is where you bounce or survive the most shots you really shouldnt. I've bounced many rounds in my m22. I once survived a 150mm round pening my turret in it.

i really wish they would add italina 47mm HEAT and HESH, the reason why they said they wouldn't is there is no reliable source for their exact penatrations, however we know they existed and we know the HEAT round could penatrate shermans(as we have italian and german reports saying so) so thats a fairly simple baseline/placeholder*, while the HESH aparently had equal penatration to the APHE (according to reports referencing test results, tests that have been lost) which also gives a rough estimate for preformance. ~5cm penatrating HESH would be a nice meme, while 90-100mm penatrating HEAT with poor post-pen would atleast allow it to ammo-rack vehicles. *furthermore 30mm german HEAT rounds for their rifle-grenades could penetrate 98mm accoridng to ameircan tests, so its not an unreasonable assumption that 47mm HEAT of the same design(which it is) would have atleast equal penatration.
