I think a lot of snake-like Pokémon like Dratini or Arbok are measured lengthwise, not from ground to head. The Pokédex says Arbok is 11’6” feet and it doesn't mean the head is 11 feet off the ground. This isn't a "fun fact" to anyone who actually understands what the Pokedex is saying.😂

And according to some people in the Ash Era, that's not scary, it's hot. For anyone who didn't watch the Kalos era of the anime; There was an episode where Bonnie outed Clemont for having Secret fantasies about Arbok Coiling around him in Pajamas. And frankly I kind of agree with him. Snakes are basically one continuous muscle, so being wrapped around and gently squeezed would be the ultimate full body massage, plus Arbok is a pretty pokemon.
