@@gooptaco2420 mk11 meta doesn’t need a run mechanic but that’s the issue. It feels stiff and clunky. Even so, there are plenty of launchers with blowbacks that would require a run to convert midscreen. i.e. Erron black, Fujin, Shao Kahn, etc

I love this! The original MK3 music,the running screams! Personally the run mechanics of MKX were very difficult for me but I did like it a lot! I'd trade "Perfect block" and "Breakaway"! mechanics for running in 11 ANY day!

Run is definitely needed. The combos can be ridiculously limited for some characters as they won’t have the moves to acc reach the opponent. Plus the gravity does affect the combos by a lot so why not?

Street fighter, MK, and Tekken has the best OST. BUT killer instinct is top tier for me. Impactful, intense, and definitely feel like you’re fighting for something. And to top it off, Killer Instinct themes could fit almost every fighting game whilst the others only fit to their own franchise
