@Lucas T , trust me. It was intentional. There is literally 0% chance that he said that coincidentally. Do you really think that this 'Nik' guy just discovered this single song on its lonesome without any knowledge of the other tracks on the same album with a title (Reign In Blood) that is actually a play on words of the name of this song, that he has obviously listened to a countless number of times (because he's gone this far as to dissect, alter and recreate the structure and music writing of Raining Blood) to never have noticed the song "Piece By Piece", which immediately follows THE most popularly known song of all time by SLAYER, "Angel Of Death" in the track order on the same album? Yeah, sure...he knows this song all too well but, never heard the rest of the album or even what album this song was released on. Uh-huh, right... THAT could happen! S.M.M.F.D.H. 😜🤣😂

You know, I get that I’m a boomer and I don’t expect to like all the modern metal stuff, and I made peace with it. A well used ride is the heaviest, nastiest and grooviest you can get in metal.

From the first second you did a guitar riff, I was very surprised and really impressed !!! You have taken one of the all time greatest Death Metal classics, and somehow turned it into more of a Cannibal Corpse version !!! Much heavier But perfectly accurate !!! You are excellent at playing Death Metal guitars !!! Seriously you should be in (Or start) your own band, This is the coolest slayer cover Ever (Including Slaytanic Slaughter Volumes one an two) , Hail Slayer !!! hail Nik Nocturnal !!!

Hey Nik this is cool as fuck! I wanted to ask, As someone who is always practicing my mixing and looking for new challenges it would be killer if you would consider sharing the multitracks on occasion to something like this. Perhaps the unprocessed guitar stems and the midi bass/ drums tracks so we can use our own drums and bass plugins for those instruments. I think it would be a great way to interact with your followers, along with gaining some more subscribers that mix like myself (there are a lot of us) who are always looking for heavy music to practice the art of mixing with. We can post the mix on KZbin and tag you which helps spread your channel too. Anyways keep crushing it I enjoy you content dude!

Bro, i need more thrash influence on my everyday djent. The boomers would love, for sure Btw, i would find really interesting if you tried to do the same thing with Rush Cygnus X-1 book 1. I know, i sound like a boomer, but that song, specially the first five minutes or so, would be really interesting with all the modern metal stuff. Great video nik, as always!
