Chuck Liddell is the reason why I watch the pitmaster plus after enjoying the episode he did on The Joe Rogan podcastbut the pitmaster may not remember when I actually saw him doing a seminar at the fit expo in Los Angeles a few years back he was awesome I knew that that was the guy I wanted to learn from so here I am watching (and training)

Thanks as always Sensei. The importance of preempting the sucker punch cannot be overstressed. I'm sure you're aware of the term that British self protection experts have coined: "The Fence". The extended hands put us in position to strike first or cover block then counter. I hope many people view this vid...its extremely important.
