I'm a moderator for a twitch streamer. years ago I was playing on his server, with two friends. One of my friends, who had moved away from us, says he was killed by a fourth player, not present in the list of online players at that moment. I told him that it wasn't possible also because PVP is not active on the server, so players can't kill each other. A few minutes later, however, the thing happened again, in front of everyone's eyes and a mysterious and nameless player killed one of us in front of everyone. we wrote to the streamer, thinking it was a joke, but he didn't know anything about it, and when he came to check, there were no other participants except us. luckily nothing strange happened anymore. I still play on that server.

Here's an idea that could be a whole series: Don't play Minecraft if you're in the middle of your first playthrough of a fourth wall breaking, creepypasta like, horror game. (DDLC, KinitoPET, etc) Basically the characters will follow you into Minecraft where you can't get rid of them the same way as in their own games, so you need to uninstall Minecraft to get rid of them.

I had a few scary experiences with Minecraft in the past, I do not play it much now. One time I started a Survival world and ended up on a lonely island spawn, like it had no trees, only sand at water level and no islands in site. So I put the game in peaceful from hardcore as I literally had no way to build and decided to explore. I do not remember when it started, but eventually I found a bigger island that had trees, still a ton of water surrounding it, but at least I was able to start playing Minecraft. But at one point, I would dig somewhere and come back to find it covered up and completely filled in. I thought at first that maybe I went to the wrong coordinates and checked and rechecked my notes, but practically every time I dug something, it would be filled in. I checked to see if friends were on and sneaking into my world somehow, but nope. It was starting to get on my nerves so I decided to go fishing instead, but later for whatever reason, it started to snow and the water iced over, making fishing impossible to do so had to put some glow stone in the water to keep area warm, but the water still froze to ice (Was not originally a snowy area, it rained there until I started fishing). The some time later (A few ingame days later), I tried to sleep and it said enemies were nearby, but the thing is I was still on peaceful, so I just quit, did not look any further into why it was happening, but did not want to as I was tired of creepy games as the game I just finished at the time was Fatal Frame 2 and so did not want anything creepy, just simple relaxation away from a scary game. I know it is not much of a story since all that happened was just mines getting filled , water turning into Ice when it shouldn't, and enemies near when I was on peaceful, Oh and animals going missing from my farms. It really was freaky and got on my nerves.

@@scp-vh2px When this happened, it was when Herobrine was talked about all over the place. I did not know about "Dark Entities" until much later. I did try to figure out what was going on at the time due to being done with anything creepy or scary at that time, I just finished Fatal Frame 2 and was done with jump scares and creepy factors. When Minecraft decided to start getting creepy, I just could not relax and so quit. Now I do wish I would have tried to explore more, but at the time I was just mentally done with creepiness.

What's the thing that makes something horror? Sometimes the character, but just for the look Most of the times? Creepy songs and footsteps that are not yours...
